Elissa Lovers forums rules:

Please read them carefully before posting in this forum, it's highly recommended to read them, not reading the rules can't be an excuse to get off a warning. The rules must be followed by all members.

Please take your time to read this carefully.

1. GENERAL RULES :

A. You have the ability to choose your username. (We advise that you keep the name appropriate).

B. For your protection don't give your password to another person, you can't register with more than one user-name, as doing so will make you get a chance to be banned.

C. Please read carefully the sections' descriptions so as to make sure that you're posting your topic in the right place.

D. Don’t duplicate your threads, or post the same material (multiple posts are deleted).

E. Political and Religious discussions are Totally NOT allowed (Any political or religious thread will be deleted).

F. Do not post any crude, rude, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, threatening, or sexually-oriented material (Admins and moderators are the final judge).

G. It's not allowed to upload any single song or album for Elissa so as to reserve her copying and publishing rights.

2. RUMORS :

Please don't post news or article without a reliable source, any rumors or wrong news threads/posts will be deleted immediately.

3. SPAMMING/ADVERTISING :

You may not post to advertise about your paid service site, a referral link, or a site that requires registration to allow full access, However, You may post your personal site, or your home page.

4. ILLEGAL MATERIALS :

Warez, cracks, serial numbers, full programs, games, movie pirating, and any copyrighted material, are illegal and you are not allowed to post/discuss anything related to them.

If any member violated one of the rules above, he/she will be warned, if the member repeated the violation(s) again, he/she will be banned from accessing and posting in forums. (according to the management's opinion).

GENERAL GUIDELINES :

Please use English as the primary discussion language, as it's an international language, and easy to understand for most of the foreign members; although it's also allowed to use any other languages and it's up to the members' choice, we've also created special [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Please make sure to use the same language for the thread title and its content.

You are not allowed to post your topics in chatting way (Arabic written in English letters or English written in Arabic letters) ex. ana ba7eb Elissa. Neither post the title of the thread, nor replying in that way in English topics.

2. Help us, and report !

See something that should not be posted? If it’s against the rules, is rude, or looks like it may be starting a flame war, Click on "Report bad post" link or PM a moderator, and then the moderator will solve the issue.

* Remember that the forums staff is working hard to keep this place running well, and it's a time consuming job, so it's NOT necessary to receive a prior notifications of any admin/moderator action (i.e. closing/editing/deleting a post or thread).

قوانين وقواعد منتديات عشاق اليسا

برجاء قراءه هذه القواعد بعنايه قبل المشاركة في هذا المنتدي , حيث أن عدم قراءه هذه القواعد لا تعتبر مبرر أو عذر للإستثناء من العقاب.

برجاء أخد دقيقة للأطلاع على هذه القواعد

أ- قواعد عامة

أ. لديك كل الحرية في اختيار أسم العضوية الخاصة بك (ننصح بإستخدام أسم مناسب قدر الأمكان).

ب. لحمايتك , برجاء عدم أعطاء كلمة السر الخاصة بك لأي شخص آخر , ولا يمكنك أيضاً الحصول على أكتر من عضوية في المنتدي , حيث أن
ذلك يعرضك للطرد.

ج. برجاء قراءه وصف أقسام المنتدي قبل المشاركة لضمان أن تكتب موضوعك فى المكان الصحيح.

ح. لا تكرر نفس الموضوع أو ترسل موضوع بنفس محتوي موضوع آخر تم طرحه مسبقاً.

د. المواضيع السياسية والدينية ممنوعة تماماً , وأي موضوع ديني أو سياسي سوف يتم حذفه فوراً.

ذ- لا ترسل موضوع بمحتوي غير لائق أو عدواني , او جنسي (والإدارة هي الحكم الآخر).

ر- غير مسموح برفع أو تحميل أي أغنية من ألبومات الفنانة اليسا وذلك لدعم البوماتها وحماية حقوق الملكية , برجاء [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...].

ب- الأشاعات

لا ترسل أي موضوع أو خبر بدون مصدر موثوق منه , وأي موضوع يحتوي على أخبار بلا مصدر سوف يتم حذفها فوراً.

ج- الرسائل الدعائية

لايمكنك الاعلان عن اي موقع يقدم خدمات بمقابل مادي، أو اي موقع يتطلب التسجيل للحصول على خدماته كاملة، أو مواقع ذات التنظيم الهرمي (تعتمد على اشتراك اخرين عن طريقك).
يمكنك مشاركة موقعك الشخصي (طالما لاتوجد به اي مخالفات ظاهرة للمشرفين) كموقع تقوم بعرض فيه اعمالك الخاصة كخلفيات سطح المكتب.

ح- المواد الممنوعة

البرامج المقرصنة، الكراكات، الأرقام التسلسلية للبرامج، قرصنة الأفلام، وشبكات قرين لقرين التي تتيح تشارك المواد السابقة، كلها محظور تداولها أو مناقشة ما يتعلق بها.

اذا تم مخالفة اي من القوانين السابقة فسيتم تحذيرك مرة، واذا تكررت المخالفة فسوف يتم ايقافك من المشاركة بصورة مؤقتة أو نهائية حسب ما يراه المشرف.

إرشادات عامة

أ- برجاء أستخدام اللغة الأنجليزية قدر المستطاع لانها لغة عالمية وسهلة الفهم بالنسبة لمعظم الأعضاء , ولكن هذا لا يمنع أن للعضو كامل الحرية في أستخدام اللغة المناسبة له كما يمكنك التحدث بلغتك حيث اننا قمنا بإنشاء اقسام خاصة [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] و[Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] لمتحدثي هذه اللغات وحتى يستطيعوا التحدث بلغاتهم الام.

برجاء ملاحظة أستخدام نفس اللغة لعنوان ومحتوى الموضوع.

من فضلك استخدام اللغة الانجليزية (بأحرف إنجليزية) أو العربية (بأحرف عربية) في الحوار و النقاش. لا يسمح نهائيا بإستخدام لغة الشات (كالإنجليزية بأحرف عربية أو اللغة العربية بالأحرف الإنجليزية) في عمل الموضوعات ، عناوين الموضوعات .. او حتى الرد ف يالموضوعات باللغة الانجليزية.


ب- قم بالتبليغ عن المشاكل

في حالة وجود أي مشاركة مخالفة لقوانين الموقع برجاء أستخدام خاصية التقرير للأبلاغ عنها , ولا تحاول أن تكون طرف في المشكلة أو المشادات الكلامية.

* تذكر أن المشرفين القائمين على هذا المنتدي هم بشر , ولذلك لا تتوقع رسالة من المشرف في كل مرة يتم فيها حذف موضوع أو مشاركة.

ملفات الأعضاء الشخصية

أ- توقيعات الأعضاء

لكل عضو الحرية في أختيار توقيعه طبقاً للإرشادات التالية

أقصى حجم مسموح به هو 500*160 بيكسل , أو 65 كيلو بايت (أيهما أصغر) متضمن الصور والعبارات ألخ.

برجاء ملاحظة : الأرتباطات إلي مواقع مدفوعه , أعلانية , وأي اي موقع من هذا القبيل غير مسموح به تماماً.

ب- صور الأعضاء الشخصية

لكل عضو الحرية في أحتيار الصورة الشخصية طبقاً للإرشادات التالية

كل الرسائل تُعبر عن وجهه نظر صاحبها ولا تعبر مطلقاً برأي الفنانة اليسا أو إدارة الموقع. لا تتحمل إدارة الموقع أي مسئولية أي رسالة على هذا المنتدي , ولا نضمن مصداقية أي معلومة تم نشرها بواسطة أي عضو في المنتدي.

يبقى الحق لإدارة المنتدي في تعديل , حذف , غلق أي مشاركة. وهذه القواعد تنطبق على ملفات الأعضاء الشخصية (مثل التواقيع الغير مقبوله).

أعتباراً من 19/9/2009 سيتم تطبيق سياسة جديدة بخصوص قوانين استخدام اللغات المستخدمة في المواضيع.

As for 19/9/2009 new language rules will be implemented as mentioned above.
